Mission checkpoints are all broken for me. I thought it was because i wasnt going to orbit after killing bosses fast enough. But now, even when i kill just 2 iron lords and go to orbit when i go into the mission again i have to start at the beginning.
Are checkpoints broken now?
And what are we supposed to be doing? Just choose a mission on heroic right and it should start me at a checkpoint next time right?

I've noticed that any mission showing a light level instead of a character level does not keep checkpoints, which kept me from using Paradox for my Venus section of the loop (it was the only mission I could think of on Venus where killing the ultra was not the end of the mission). Instead I had to use the gatelord, and just jump to orbit as soon as it dropped.

So does anyone know what is wrong and why i cant keep checkpoints? I watched the video and the person stays way longer than i do but he kept his cp? I leave for orbit as soon as the boss is dead. I dont even pick up engrams but always lose my cp

It seems this doesn't work anymore. I've run a loop 3x and haven't been able to keep checkpoints. Tried going to orbit quickly and tried killing boss and myself with rocket at the same time, but the checkpoints aren't being saved. Good news is that you can speed run and it really doesn't take long to run a full loop. My luck has been fairly good - 1 exotic with each loop so far...
