Pleeeease, for the love of the traveler change the perk on this to something actually decent or usable! Seriously..."improved recovery after blink" is some straight up bottom of the barrel shit guys. This is such a beautiful looking, unique helmet... at least give me SOME sort of justification other than looks for equipping it over another exotic. Pretty please?
