Tell me how it is. I'm still debating on it for PS4.
Personally I felt dark souls 3 super easy, insanely boring. Overall meh (although the environment and graphics were great)

I just have to ask... if you found it so easy and boring, why'd you go all the way to NG+7? I found dark souls 3 to be the easiest of the series, but the fact that it's easy doesn't take away from how freaking fun the game is.

Yes but you aren't supposed to keep leveling up. The difficulty scales at a rate which is slower than the rate at which you level up. If you keep leveling up or if you farm, you will be OP. If you stop leveling up, you get the difficulty. Most people stop around 100-120. I just find it hard to believe you played through a game 8 times and found it boring.

what's hard to believe? I kept playing hoping it would get harder, when really it just got easier, easy is boring when I bought the game on it's hard difficulty

It's hard to believe because that is an insane amount of time to do something you don't enjoy. I've got about 110 hours on my character in NG+4, and I imagine you're somewhere close to that if you don't pvp. You're saying you put in over 100 hours into a game you didn't have fun on? I'm calling bull on that. If you really found it boring and un-enjoyable, you would have stopped playing.

insane amount of time? I was doing 2 complete runs a day (like going from NG to NG+3) it doesn't really take that long to run through all the bosses really...maybe if you were bad I guess

I wouldn't know, it was my first Dark Souls game. I tried it out cause everyone was saying how hard the game series was. but as anything these days, it was semi hard the first play through, easier the rest. I guess I outleveled it? but I never did any grinding really (until NG+7) for souls.

Everyone has a raging boner about its difficulty simply because it has a steep learning curve. After 3 I replayed one and blew through it like a joke.

My one friend who started on BB was actually really disappointed as he thought it was incredibly easy compared to BB (this I'm not sure I agree with as it was far easier in BB with the amount of healing potions you got in that game + the rally system). I think the only part that was harder was the Chalice Dungeons when you started using offerings that intentionally gimped your character to make it harder, which I don't count them because you are enabling modifications that would obviously make it more difficult when you intentionally mod the game against you.
