Im calling you titans out
You know what i think of you titans? Your sick monsters, who torment us hunters and the warlocks?
[spoiler]i think you guys deserve more credit than your given. As a whole the titan is really lacking in pvp, but the rest of my kind is too blind to agree. Id say the titan is the hardest class to play since the reward of many abilities simply isint enough, and most of them are practically countered by just walking away (lighting nades and ward of dawn). Keep at it, and one day youll get the buff you deserve.

I main a Striker and don't even use my super. I run Fellwinters Memory for the extra grenade and 25 second recharge time. In a lot of matches if we are being honest, the best you can hope for from a FoH is 1 maybe 2 kills if you are lucky. Maybe a multi if you catch a team on a control point. My opinion is supers are wasted on pvp. Are worthless on bosses in pve and tickle everything above lowly adds.

1 ReplyDefenders need a need some credit. But if you think striker and sunbrakers need any sort of buff I look at you with much sadness. Nothing says " hardest class to play " like free kills from shoulder charge and some of the best load outs in the game.

24 RepliesFrom my experience in Crucible, those who main titan are those who have 0 gun skill and need their titan abilities to do all the work for them. I rarely use my titan in crucible, and even when i do i hardly take it serious. But even when just f*cking around and not giving a damn, I'm able to pull off numbers that I get when I try my a$$ off on my hunter. It really just seems stupidly easy to succeed as a titan in pvp lol.

18 RepliesTitans are easy to use. Examples: you see a Gaurdian far away, Titan skate then shotgun the guy. Someone comes round a corner, Panic then use fist of Panic on one guy. Your capturing a zone in control and people start rushing, pop a bubble and they will leave you alone. Low on kills in a Crucible match? Pop Hammer of Sols, randomly throw hammers and watch those kills roll in! Feel like grenade kills? Throw some lightning grenades and listen to Shaxx shout, "double down," "triple down," "this is amazing!" and so forth. See Titans are easy to use :)

12 Repliessigh.... every class has it's pro's and cons as well as play style. Titans are pretty damn good. Your chief complaint appears to be that Titans don't have a tracking grenade because people can walk away from lightning correct? Oh sorry it's the most powerful grenade in crucible and has a rather BS range and damage cone and you have an exotic that grants two of them, but lets complain...pro's and con's. People can walk away from ward of Dawn. mmmkay. But if you're in a trials match and it's sweated out to the point and the other team has no supers that can break bubbles wtf are they going to do when you put one on the point? I'll tell you, nothing. Do I need to bring up the speed? I think not. Just like everything else it's all in the use and application to a given situation.

6 RepliesStrikers are at a very balanced place right now. Still Able to fill their roll, still killing machines, still annoying as -blam!- lol. But it's balanced now. Defender is balanced as well, but requires a more skilled hand to really flex with. Only things I believe need a buff are singers and perhaps a slight armor increased during a dancer's super. Aside from classes, primaries just need an overall buff across the board. Shotgun use must be growing close to passing primary use lol.

2 RepliesI don't think Defender needs a PvP buff. It has two solid grenade choices, a melee that pops an overshield on-kill, and they can buff their guns using Ward. Let me tell you, I went on a tear with Weapons active, melting Guardians left and right.

20 RepliesLol, all they do is run around with a shield in their face. Use a shotgun as a primary. Use fist of panic when they are being shot at, even though the guy shooting is like 50ft away. Run around anf OHK with shoulder charge. Get double the health in their supers. Have better agility than both hunters and warlocks. The list goes on and on and on..

I think it's all on an individual basis, and what clicks, Clicks. I personally chose titan because I love cqc in pvp, which the striker allows, and defender is great for pve. For me the titan is diverse. But not op. No subclass is automatically op in my eyes. A great player with sunsinger will still beat an average player with whatever subclass you personally consider the best. But I find some ability options are too strong in comparison to their other options. I think the warlock jump is dumb. Behaves badly, even though yes some people are great with it and consider it the best one. Warlock melee across all subs being the longest is, again I believe wrong. They made the classes too similar and too different to ever be balanced. Classes either need to be designed completely different from eachother. Or exactly the same with just different ability skins and names. But to have an evade for a Titan which is an exotic, able to be used on any class, but it's ugly armor, and has to be activated mid air. While the hunters can be used on the ground, with only 1 subclass. How can you Balance or compare the 2. They do the same thing but require different things. You can't Balance that. They're too different, but are classified as the same thing.

I appreciate the sentiment but I'm a happy Striker. The recent SC nerf was a bump in the road. Using my 44's with Jolders makes it manageable. I like my flashbangs and lightning grenades. I don't want what makes the other classes what they are. I like what makes me a Striker. But again, thanks for having our backs.

You my friend get a upvote, few people realize that Titans, hunters, and warlocks are all important, and we are at a power imbalance again. Titans going un-noticed due to the meta ones of juggernaut+uni/invective. It's a tragedy, really.
