No Thorn Grimoire card when dropped in year 3
I just finished the year 3 Thorn quest (PS4) but when Thorn dropped in the end mission my primary weapon slots were filled, so Thorn was sent to the postmaster. When I received it, I didn't unlock the grimoire for it.
Any known fixes?

I'm right there with you. I unlocked Thorn yesterday, on PS4, as well. I was looking forward to reading the grimoire card for Thorn, but when I opened my android app, I don't have the card unlocked. Another thing I noticed this morning is that certain exotics in your vault won't show up on the app. In my case, my MIDA Multitool wasn't showing up on the app so I hauled ass to the vault and it was still there, thankfully. My point is that it's probably got something to do with all the updates they're doing for the new raid mode, and whatnot. I'm sure they'll fix it sooner or later. But in the mean time, it's buggy. Also there was a recent update for the Android app. That probably has something to do with it, in my case anyway.
