I updated to 2.4.1 just now and tried turning in some heavy to get faction packages above my current level (387), but all I got was stuff below 385. Then I tried exotics and got the same result... legendary engrams are decrypting at 385 though... Is this a bug or are factions capped until the heroic raid drops in 3 hours?
