Skeleton key drop rate.
Bungie,
One thing that wasn't addressed in the weekly update was the skeleton key drop rate and the modes in which they drop. At this point I think most people know and have heard that the keys seem to be dropping at a much higher rate in regular 320 siva strikes and getting one from a nightfall or heroic strike seems to be the same odds as say winning the powerball, or getting struck by lightning. Can you please explains how this makes sense in any way? I get that people will just say "well just run the 320 strikes and quit whining" but that is not the point. So many things bungie has done with this game has lacked in sense and I would just love for something like this to be addressed. If only to get an understanding of the reasoning.

3 RepliesWell turd i have a have a strange theory about these drop rates. For some reason deciding to share it here, see what you think... Seems simple enough others must see it. I think the drop rate is somehow prorated to your light level. Lower light higher drop rate. Makes sense since at 385 these are useless at the moment except God Roll Hunting. Nf seems like a good rate but the 320 strikes are dead for me. Im going to lower light level and run some to see if this improves if you try this let me know your results here . Could be all wrong so take it with a grain of sand.
