So let me start this off by saying I've never even wanted to use this thing. There were always ways to get this things abilities otherwise. But now, with the memory of Gheleon, this thing is basically worthless, with third eye also being a thing. Personally, the only buff I could think of to make this stand out is to make it give radar while aiming with all weapons. This would not make it overpowered by almost any means (except maybe for snipers). Personally, I think the reason nobody ever uses this thing is the fact that it looks mostly like a blue and the exotic perk is lower tier. But it has never been so bad that anyone has noticed how bad it really was. The only times I have seen this used is for light level. But I now with memory of Gheleon, it is completely insignificant. I would like to see this exotic have some use, and I think my proposed change is the best way to do it.
