Blacksmith shader not working since ROI. >:[
I can't equip it anymore, even though I used it all the time right before ROI hit.
When I hover my cursor over it, it says "requires offer unlock".
This has been one of my go-to shaders and I want it back. :(
HALP.

I've been having this issue on Xbox One as well since RoI. Hope it is fixed soon as I would like this shader on my new character.
