Can we actually have some story answers in Destiny 2?

Many of Destiny's plot and lore elements are left unanswered, infact, we pretty much got no answers, only more questions. What is the traveller? Who is the exo stranger and whats her mission? Where is Osiris and what is he up to? Is the queen alive and if so how? What the hell is Eris Morn up to? Who are the awoken and where did they come from? Who really are the Worms and are they connected to the Arhamkara? Where in the hell did SIVA come from and what/who controls it? Who/what is this so called Darkness? There's so much more jargon and cryptic story hidden behind vague poetry that just asks more questions than it really answers. It's cool to leave some things up to the imagine but not everything. Bungie have to start giving us some answers. The traveller was a huge focus point in their story marketing for Destiny but the "story" never opened up and explained anything. It would be like if the Halo series never explained what the Halo Rings where except we find out in the first game what they are because Halo: CE actually tells a proper story instead of just being comprised of cryptic poetry. Being mysterious is cool and all but what's even cooler is telling a great story straight up using characters, dialogue, good writing and cinematic cutscenes. The reason I made this post is because I've been looking up the grimoire and it annoys me that they have all this cool lore but its presented so poorly and not properly utitlized in game. The Great Ahamkara for example would be amazing to experience in the game. I want to go back in time in Destiny and see all this cool stuff that happened, the period in which the actual game takes place is not that exciting.

  • The Traveler and the worms are aspects or entities of light and dark. Osiris is on Mercury/faffing about in the Vex networks. Eris is part of the Hidden nowadays. SIVA was nanobot technology with autonomous behaviour meant to be used to terraform and colonize exoplanets. The warminds can control it. The awoken came from the colony ships that attempted to escape the darkness. They got to the asteroid belt before getting hit from some counterattack/grand event coming from the inner solar system and the encroaching dark. Hence they were quite literally born from light and dark.
