The Nepal Aid Emblem and Shader was a 9-digit code that you had to redeemed on Bungie.net. This means the items are linked to the Bungie.net account associated with the redemption. Unfortunately, since you now have your own platform account, this means you now have your own Bungie.net account as well. Unfortunately there is no way to transfer the items to your new account.
