Iron banner not ranking up stuck at rank 3
I've completed all the bounties for this month iron banner but I'm stuck at rank 3 and I'm not getting anymore rank progression even when I continue to play the iron banner. I been to both iron vendors and no bounties are available. What's going on?

I've turned my quests in and still nothing. Am I missing something?
