Regular siva strikes will get you to 340. Herioc will then take you to 365. From their raids, skeleton keys, 3 of coins and faction packages will push you towards 385.
Personally stories will help you move toward 340 as well and are quick. So maybe those first.

awesome thanks, i tend to be really bad with names and at one point had over 360 friends from destiny alone and ive yet to delete anyone really, so tbh youd just be another person in the crowd unless u actively reached out to me to have fun with and what not .
