Well get this now he's sells engrams for silver dust which turn into old IB armor seems cool till you then discover they break down for legendary marks which basically means that you can now buy silver dust for real money from eververse and that will let you buy legendary marks by getting those engrams and breaking them all down, this deeply concerns me given the advantages that brings for leveling factions etc meaning a player can basically pay their way to earning useful gear much faster without ever earning it the intended way

Wut. That would only ever get you to 350 max if you spent enough to buy every piece of gear from a faction. You can't use legendary marks to rank up so I don't see your argument.
