I have lost MANY exotic engrams that included guns, helmets, gauntlets, etc that I had saved in the vault- many recent ones and some from Vanilla Destiny. I had been saving these engrams and had some them for a very long time. Friday evening I saw them there before going to bed and didn't play the game again until around 1A.M. Sunday morning. Sunday morning is when I noticed they were gone. This is not cool! Not only had I been saving those engrams for a long period of time but, I accused my roomate of stealing them and kicked him out and am now out rent $. I searched through all my characters, all their vaults and everything is just gone. I keep seeing people say that Bungie does not restore or replace lost items. Why not? This is their mistake and I shouldn't have to deal with their incompetency. I can convince my roomate to come back if I show him this but, either way, I want my engrams back. I expect to hear from someone in Bungie and I hope to hear from them sooner rather later. Losing close to 20 engrams is just unacceptable. Very upset and beyond frustrated!
