Hate the keys idea, it's just added grind. It was annoying for PoE and it's annoying now. I've only had 1 key drop in at least a dozen strikes, I had better RNG with just the gear dropping.

Not really. The drop probably more often than strike exclusive stuff used to, and now you can pick which strike you want loot from rather than leaving it up to more chance.

I personally think it would've been better if you still had the chance for the strike exclusive to drop when you kill the boss as before, but if your RNG sucked then u could use the key on the chest.

From what know the chest is an option as the strike exclusives can still drop as normal so we basically have two options here

Edited by Popes Long Arm: 10/1/2016 10:28:14 PMIt's less grind for the stuff you want cuz, as far as I'm aware, they drop as often as strike specifics and allow you to kinda chose what you want. I only got a few strike specifics in y2, most of which I didn't want, I grinded the taniks strike 2 times a week at least and never got the cloak I wanted. Now I've gotten 3 skeleton keys in the first 2 weeks and I've gotten most of the items I've grinded a year for.
