It's been broken for about 3 months now.
But the RoI patch 1-2 weeks ago broke it even MORE so even MORE people have the issue.
Normally it doesn't have the issue.
We're waiting on a proper fix. But considering it took 3 months to give us their best attempt at a fix, I'm not holding my breath for a true fix for the original and newer/worse issue

So it really is a game specific issue and not my own network settings that needs changing?

Like I said, yes. But it doesn't hurt to make sure your network is fully secure and at its optimal levels.

If you didn't try doing it until June or July then chances are it's failing due to the bug. But if it never worked, even before then, then it could be your network. Typically people use either uPNP or Port Forwarding. But I imagine Port Forwarding would be problematic with 2+ consoles on the same network. So if you're using PF then try uPNP. But beyond that, I don't know what to say. [b]There are some work-arounds floating on the forums: they work for some people but not all. I don't know them off-hand since I only have the one console.[/b]
