I'm doing my job. Now Bungie, you do yours.

I am reporting every single red bar I see in the Crucible. Yes, those on my team, too. Now do your job, Bungie: start banning people who are repeatedly reported for bad connections. I say "repeatedly" because frankly, everybody red-bars from time to time in this game. But, there are a lot of players who red-bar way too frequently to be allowed to continue to play. Trials is coming. Iron Banner is coming. Clean it up, Bungie. Edit: We are no longer playing in a game world where you can assume that just because you have internet, you can play any online game you like. Edit: I am not suggesting anything like a permanent ban. Something on the order of a couple of days, allowing the player to sort-out their connection issues. If, however, upon their return, they continue to receive regular bad connection reports, the bans should get longer and longer.

 • It's a witch hunt basically, is what you're suggesting. Find all the people with terrible internet and burn them at the stake, whilst throwing flaming iron ban hammers at them. Temporary, sure. But still, unreasonable. Bad connection is something we deal with every day in gaming, on every platform. Look at it this way. If you 1 red bar in each match you play, and everyone does as well. Let's say you and everyone else plays 10 matches a day. That's 10 red bars. Right? Okay. So, let's say 10 players saw 10 red bars every day. That's 700 red bars a week. Imagine bungie banning all those people? Even temporarily? How often would they get banned? Once a week? You think someone who gets banned once a week is gonna buy new expansions, or new sequals? Not likely one bit. To be blatent, it's more about money than it is about you, or me. Just the honest fact about it. Yeah. They listen to use sometimes. But not when it will lose them a significant amount of money, or possible profit in the future.
