I have same problem, my son and I have to reset our xboxes and immediately join each other when we get to orbit

Well ,me and my son have been playing destiny since yr 1.with 2 ps4 for about 4 months,my account has ps plus ,so he would turn his on then switch to his user get into the game and I would turn mine on and we would join no big deal ,now it's a big deal since I bought 2 ps4 and 2 games plus all the dlcs it wants us to buy an extra ps plus for us to have strikes crucible open.joining is near impossible last few days as well,looks like destiny is at it's end,sucks cause it has been a fun game but when they want more and more for less content ,u get penalized for buying double hard copy game and system.

Did you set which PS4 was your primary one. I had that problem at first, but once I designated the primary one I had no issue with being able to use my husbands PS+ for strikes and what know. However i still have to log in as him to buy anything. :P
