For those of us still interested in the story of Halo, but who might not have been paying attention, Halo:Fractures dropped recently. It's a short story anthology, like Evolutions, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I haven't finished it, but what I have read is very good. More action, Spartans, nostalgia from the old games, and a fantastic tale about everyone's favorite space janitor. It even explained how the Domain came back for Halo 5. Now, I'm not so sure explaining such an important plot point in an anthology like this was a good idea, but it is finally out there. And the actual story itself is really good.
And if you didn't get around to Shadow of Intent, the book about Half-Jaw (Rtas Vadum) written by Joseph Staten, it is included.

343 has pumped out so much since H4 that I haven't kept up. And given how awful 5's plot was, I'm not sure I even want to anymore.
