Outbreak prime needs a buff
So, I've played almost a day with this weapon, and I'm loving it. But, the damage of nanonites is just too low against enemies that are not fallen. I was thinking about a buff of nanonites or remove cooldown, because i think is not worth as exotic slot

Outbreak Prime is not worthy of being a exotic. The effect is very similar to Zhalo except not as good. I say its not as good because most of the time I kill everything before the nanites can even find a target.... Meanwhile zhalo triggers a spark instantly. Even if its just a proc over being guaranteed its not worth it. Spark from Zhalo > Nanites from Outbreak Steel Medulla > Outbreak prime On top of that its also not worth being equipped as a exotic slot over a Dark Drinker.

You're right man, ignore the people calling us cry babies. They don't even realize they're crying about not having it. The gun sucks as an exotic. It would be a great legendary. Just infuse or vault it.

You get swarm for landing shots with extra swarm on precision kills. AND added damage on fallen. It's fine the way it is...

1 ReplyReally? Your buff is getting to use it. What a bunch of freaking cry babies. Just be glad you have it. Enjoy how awesome it looks and how cool the siva nades are. Have fun with it. Some weapons are more geared towards PVE, which would make sense with a raid weapon. I'll probably never get that and you are complaining about needing a buff?

3 RepliesRead the perk description. It is a FALLEN raid weapon. It will be very useful in the wrath of the machine raid because it is a FALLEN raid. See the connection? Just because you failed to read and understand the perk, does not facilitate the need for a buff. You busted your arse in a raid, solved the puzzles, completed the quest and got the Outbreak Prime. You earned it. Be happy that you are one of the few that got it this soon. TL;DR use it against fallen enemies only

6 RepliesOutbreak prime sucks, it eats up an exotic slot (which could be a g-nut) and it does way less damage than Genesis chain. The friggin swarms can't even kill a thrall and it only happens once ever 6 crit kills. What a joke Genesis chain blow a massive group no matter fallen, taken, hive to bits

Last time I checked it was of a Pulse Rifle archetype that is one of the best in the game for both PvE and PvP --- the 7 Impact Pulse Rifles that include Bad Juju, Hawksaw, Suros PDX-45 etc. To add to that, it has great stability by default something of which that needs to corrected on other Pulse Rifles of it's archetype with Godly Rolls. Outlaw is a great perk in general. Be grateful that it isn't another Touch of Malice that punishes you outside of a specific activity, a Vex Mythoclast that broke the Crucible and a Necrochasm that was unusable for the entirety of it's relevance.

9 RepliesFunny thing, Aksis isnt considered as a Fallen. After playing with the pulse in the raid, nanos deals 150 damage instead of 550 like supposed to.

2 RepliesCan anyone confirm if these rumours are true about how to get the quest Line? Now apperntly you if to do it all in one sitting and with a fire team of two warlocks two hunter's and two Titan in order to get the quest in the first place which is even more stupid.

I'd love to get the gun but hate lfg sites and don't wanna spend time out the game to plaything game lol... Now if they had facilities in game in social spaces it might be a different matter.

All that needs to happen is to reduce the cooldown between nanites to like 4-5 seconds. That's it.

2 RepliesDude, seriously the gun is great. I use it as my main pvp and pvp now, learn what the weapon is good for. It's got more range and stability than stats say.. who know you might just be bad with pulse rifles.

Really? -blam!-ing really? It does bonus damage against fallen, not everyone. That's how it was made, and it works. You're lucky it does any damage to guardians. -blam!-ing heat seeking bullets from a weapon that most probably won't even get and you're bitching.
