Take a Strike
The rise of iron record book is not recording Siva crisis strikes. Can someone help?

The documentation does say Siva strikes does not count. Here is exactly what it says: Take a Strike Milestone: Completing Strikes in the SIVA Crisis Heroic Playlist will not contribute to progress on this Milestone. Progress on this Milestone can be accomplished across multiple Characters on a player's account. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=45209
