2 Repliesnot really, on average a good player will net way more kills in there neutral game/weapon then with there super. super is great for clutch moments, bombing a heavy or control point for example... i think there will be builds that will be very powerful with that artifact i think its one of my top 3 along with sprint cd removal and enhanced radar all the time.
