Dont think anything will change, was there alot yesterday ,i think about 15 times checking if somebody was there.
Nobody for me all day long, i have a perfected offering, so alone on my lightlevel it will be a slaughter.
Its like the court , you have to have three friends with you to do the hard stuff.
Same bs for me allover.

You simply run trough the Forge and the path that leads to the final mission untill you reach the first room with mobs. Kill them all and then slowly go back towards Archons forge. Do this during afternoon time in you timezone and your will find people 100% guaranteed. You might need a few tries, but it puts you into instances where people are in the process of doing an offering or very shortly after they started. My success rate doing this is very high. I was doing this for a few hours and managed to get two snipers, two fusions and countless legendary engrams, armor parts and like a bazilion class items (fee legendary marks atleast)
