Astrocyte Verse, probably the coolest looking warlock exotic helmet, is extremely weak and basically worthless in all situations. What does it do? It supposedly buffs your recovery when you blink. This, as shown by a lot of testing on YouTube, works only after you have started to regen your health. Now while it is a recovery boost (and I love recovery so even the smallest amount is good for me), it is so situational and unnoticeable that it's basically worthless. How to fix this: Make the buff last longer, and boost your recovery more (and more noticeably...not just after you already started to regen). Since blink is already so grossly underpowered and horrendous to use in general (despite an amazing concept in my opinion), this buff would make it actually useable after the recent nerfs, in addition to the past ones. Please, bungie, make this exotic not only look awesome, but do something useful too.
