Because if you see her chest as she is looking at Saladin before she closes the door, you see a siva infection. The lore is that the iron lords used siva as a way to empower their own abilities but it was eventually backfiring.
Don't know if Saladin is "infected" as well but that why she was like "bye salad man " troll those kids in Iron banner for the iron lords

What happened was SIVA infected their armor and weapons. You Can hardly destroy SIVA then leave with SIVA infected armor and say mission complete.
