upgraded Dead Orbit faction rank 6 times, only recieved one package
I used 570 heavy ammo synths from Xur and when i redeemed them at Arach jalall i skipped opening the first package to save time. Anyways once i finish redeeming all 570 i go and start redeeming only to discover that its just one package.... where can i file a support ticket...

8 RepliesMultiple rank ups from a Faction/Vendor give a single Reward Package. Reward packages are not sent to the Postmaster. Upon ranking up a Faction/Vendor, please make sure to claim your current rank's Rewards Package before ranking up again, or your previous package will be lost/irretrievable. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13480
