It's year 3, and I have a solution. Stop deleting characters to farm for gear in VoG. They fixed that drop problem. You don't need to restart every 2 days anymore. There's no threat to character progression unless you INTENTIONALLY delete your character. If you delete something, why do you expect it to still be there?

Its not even that, i've never deleted a character before and each one of my characters in-game has a different grimoire score, and then the app shows a different score all-together. Something is off here. There is an issue and it needs fixed

Your argument as well as the statement from Bungie address problems following deletion. As for the individual score, if you can't read about known bugs and work in progress then I can't help you. There is no threat to progression as you stated. It just isn't recognizing all things (consensus is fragments) account wide. They are aware of that and working on it. So if you don't delete, then this really isn't an issue and I don't know why you are whining so much.
