It is cosmetic for now (unless you count god roll armor). But they already made it so u can now directly buy boosters from tess. Yes you can choose which one you need and level that part faster than someone that does not spend money. And I am pretty sure solner or later it will be weapons too. Like in CoD BO3. Activision is a money hungry bitch and they will get their pay to win shit in, if people keep accepting their bullshit
