SUROS PDX-45 Pulse Rifle: The one with Counterbalance --- --- --- --- Hakke Tamar-D Sniper Rifle (RoF: 26, Impact: 22): Roll 1 with Unflinching, Spray and Play and Snapshot. This is a really good practice sniper if you’re getting yourself into sniping. Hakke Aoife Rua-D Sniper Rifle (RoF: 26, Impact: 22): Roll 3 with Unflinching, Spray and Play and Snapshot/Braced Frame. Hakke snipers are on the roll this week for practice sniping. Both have low zoom scopes as well so better take advantage of that. Omolon Kumakatok HC4 Hand Cannon (RoF: 32, Impact: 68): Roll 1 with Zen Moment, Rifled Barrel, Life Support. Feels good and if you take advantage of the rate of fire when your aim is true, you’re a monster with this weapon. SUROS DIS-47 (RoF: 52, Impact: 35): Roll 3 with High Caliber Rounds, Counterbalance, Injection Mold. This is a good combo. But for me, I’d pick up the Crucible Quartermaster Scout Rifle. That one is much better than this. Otherwise, wait. SUROS PDX-45 (RoF:73 , Impact: 7): Perfect Balance, Counterbalance, Smallbore. Just in case you forgot to buy the Hawksaw before the patch, here it is. Grab it while you can. Omolon Eirene RR4 Sniper Rifle (RoF: 19, Impact: 31): Roll 2 with Firefly, Single Point Sling and Unflinching. Great for PvP since Unflinching reduces the screen shake once you’re hit while scoped in. Plus you have 2 short zoom scopes which should really help you. Roll 1 has Triple Tap, Injection Mold and Eye of the Storm and comes with Arc Damage. This is good for PvE purposes, especially if you don’t have any Triple Tap roll on your sniper.
