And? This shit happens all the time. Warner Bros are the worst, they even put a copyright strike on their [b]own[/b] website last month and had it pulled down...(just 1 of the 12 million strikes they imposed last year)

YouTube themselves never copyright anyone, they simply respond to anyone making a copyright claim. You or anyone could put a copyright claim on any video and claim it's yours and YouTube will more than likely do it. It's then up to the person who posted the vid to prove they haven't done anything wrong. I follow a film reviewer on YouTube and he gets false strikes all the time from companies who have no claim what so ever over his work (which all falls into YouTube own fair use rules) Thing is, making a false claim is actually illegal yet YouTube doesn't take any action against people doing this.
