Haven't received the Gjallarwing Sparrow yet

I haven't received my Gjallarwing Sparrow yet. I preordered Destiny but there is nothing in my post office. How can I contact Bungie? Haven't found an e-mail yet.

same issue preordered got the sparrow but not the iron gjallarhorn spent last 2 hours trying to find an email to contact but it doesnt seem to f******g exist
