Haven't received the Gjallarwing Sparrow yet

I haven't received my Gjallarwing Sparrow yet. I preordered Destiny but there is nothing in my post office. How can I contact Bungie? Haven't found an e-mail yet.

I have the same isue, I preordered the new Destiny Rise of Iron and I don't have the sporrow or the gjallahorn yet If you get some news, please let me now Thanks!
