I was hoping to use the sword in the Heroic strikes.[/quote] I had this exact same problem! Here's what I discovered. People kept saying "the last node is scabbard" but what they should have said was the last two nodes should be scabbard. After that, I was able to receive my quest. Also, Shaxx was selling six swords the regular and infinite. I think it has be the regular ones. Because even when it looks maxed out there be a green bar not quite filled out your menu screen. once it's completely filled you'll receive another scabbard node. Side note: I only have one character, so for the info people keep sharing about each character has to have a different sword or what not, that didn't apply to me and might be inaccurate. I hope this helps anyone with similar problems 😁
