How do you jump onto the skiff!?
EDIT: Nevermind, I used Bones of Eao.
Also, for those wondering, the skiffs do come back after leaving, so even if you mess up you can try again the next time it arrives. Just don't kill Sepiks and it'll just keep coming back.
