I am missing Nepal, heart of foundation, tricorn, 7-7 etc. basically every one of my redeemable code emblems are all gone. Bungie needs to fix this ASAP! Highly upset.

Close out of the game and reload it back up, it fixed for me by closing out a couple of times and reloading the game.
