Damn really?

Edited by Spidey: 9/20/2016 9:11:12 PMYep. I bought it the second time Xur sold it right before the Taken King and right after the nerf. If not for that, I probably still wouldn't have one. As it stands, I don't think I've ever used it outside of a few matches in crucible, since by the time I got it, it was kind of irrelevant lol.

Then rise of iron came
-
True. It still seems like a shell of its former self though.
-
But it still looks beautiful
-
That it does. Especially in Black lol. With the burns and grinding, I'm just getting a lot more use out of my Bolt Caster this week in Siva Strikes, is all.
-
I use it in the SIVA things for one I don't have a arc weapon and two it brings back all the nostalgia i had from year one
-
If you get a skeleton key, open the chest on either The Wretched Eye, or Sepiks Perfected strikes, and you'll get The Devil's Dawn sniper. It is an arc weapon and it's amazing.
-
It randomly drops with either solar, void, or arc but my friends have it and I agree its a good weapon
-
I think it's always arc and always has the same perks. It's like Shadow of Veils. It's a legendary, but a set one.
-
It has the same perks correct but i hot one with solar

Edited by Spidey: 9/27/2016 8:27:28 PMReally? Was it your second or first? I ask because I got the recommendation for the weapon from an, IGN, Sir D, or a True Vanguard vid (can't remember) and they mentioned it specifically to help with grinding Siva strikes with arc burn saying to get it because it's always arc and has the same perks. I wasn't aware that it came from Sepiks Perfected and The Wretched Eye, so first thing I did was when I got on, I ran the Sepiks Perfected strike, opened the chest at the end and got the weapon with Arc. Seems weird that they would say in the vid that it's always arc, and then the only time I get it it's arc. Who knows. Maybe they increased arc chances for this week?

Makes sense
