Please Bungie, please

Last year I was playing destiny hundreds and hundreds of hours. A hacker broke into my Microsoft account and Microsoft tried to fix the problem. I didn't have Xbox live gold for a month while the were "fixing" it so I couldn't play destiny anymore. I stopped altogether and figured I'll start back up when something new comes out. Well they eventually unlocked the account but some how changed the email for it and I can no longer purchase Xbox live gold. They gave me another account to use with a free year of gold but well that doesn't help much since destiny is linked to this account. I have tried calling back numerous times but they never seem to be able to figure out what's wrong. I am currently awaiting a callback from a manager today (it's a 48 hour callback) but I'd really like to get back into playing since there is new content and I have absolutely no faith in them. I know it says somewhere you will not transfer an account but I'm hoping to find some mercy. I know on the yearly reset, things start over but I don't want to start all three of my characters at level 1 and amass all the exotics again. I'm willing to do whatever is necessary to avoid that and be able to play again. So please someone can you help me?
