The base game and TTK were not part of the digital upgrade program. TDB and HoW were, so they transferred for free. You bought TTK, but it does not include the base game (If you check the description it says REQUIRES DESTINY - SOLD SEPARATELY). The base game is no longer available for digital purchase. The only way to get it is in the Destiny - The Collection or Destiny - The Collection Upgrade bundles. Your other option is to purchase a physical copy.

Yea, sorry about that. As much as I love this game, they really made the purchase options confusing. They made it worse by putting "Destiny - The Collection" in front of everything including TTK in the stores. I've been answering some variation of this same question 4-5 times a day for a few weeks now.
