[b]Blind Objective[/b] Blind Run Masochist is a XboxOne group focused solely on forming a like minded reliable team for our first Blind Run. [u]How to run like a masochists:[/u] At release of a new raid, all fire-teams are under levelled and clueless of the challenge ahead. Few guardians have the grit to bare smacking their head against a raid for 6-12h. The Masochists won't fighting for World First Raid Completion. Masochists will smack their heads against Destiny's biggest challenges because [u]the pain of crawling progress[/u] and bitter defeat in those degrading hours [u]makes the delayed yet inevitable victory more satisfying[/u]. Honestly I don't think there is many people who enjoy this Play-Style in Destiny but the world is big and I want to get as many players who value the experience (rather than the loot) in a fire-team as I can. This clan isn't an in-out social click [i](leave your teenage drama in orbit)[/i], it's more of a long winded LFG post designed to die and sprout up again in preparation for each content update. [b]Benefits of Joining this Fireteam[/b] [u]Reliable spot in a reliable team:[/u] To be guarantee a place on the blind run, your teammates must have formally committed prior to release and be relatively prepared for the challenge ahead. A strict play schedule with a start and check-in time means your time will be respected and not waisted. Late or careless teammates risk forfeiting their place on the team [i](Teammates must contact the coordinator through the XBOX companion app or Bungie.net ASAP or their actions will be assume to be a total d%$@ move. Any group members who haven’t met the formal commitment requirements are welcome to be emergency subs).[/i] [u]Flexible participation outside raid release:[/u] Excluding the hours of the actual Blind Run you are not obligation to stay in a clan or play with group members[i](when you receive an invite, if your occupied or not interested simply ignore it. You also [u]don’t have to change[/u] 'set this group as my destiny clan’ to be acknowledged as a garenteed blind run fireteam member but I’d recommend letting your friends and other clan associations know before shirking them on release).[/i] [b]Requirements and Expectations additions [/b] 5. Participants must have an audible mic, and maintain a reasonably stable connection to the fireteam. [i]Take no chances, on the day of the raid, everyone needs to reboot their router and xbox before logging online to foster an error free, head ache free run.[/i] 6. Expect to wipe over and over and over as we learn the patterns. A good raid makes you want to quit, we try to push past that feeling but if we can't we quit together and share sweet defeat as a team. Masochist members arn't dicks. Most of us are happy to carry and sherpa, just not on our first run when no one is prepared to 5 man it.
