Make sure that your Store/account is set to your region. Additionally, make sure that you're selection the version of Rise of Iron that says "Pre-Order" at the end of it. If you keep experiencing this issue even when trying to buy the pre-order version, please contact Xbox's customer support.

I'm having issues as well can't pre order bundle only even tho I have all of the dlc. Microsoft just said not there end contact bungie and bungie has no contact information so what the he'll am I supposed to do
