Some nerfs could actually be made into pretty cool heroic modifiers.
[u]Heavy Handed[/u]- Reduced handling stats to 0 for all weapons.
[u]Bipod[/u]- All weapons have intense recoil. Recoil is reduced by crouching.
[u]Drought[/u]- Reduced ammo reserves.
[u]Baseline[/u]- Damage-increasing perks and abilities don't activate.
[u]Telescope[/u]- ADS zoom is tripled.
[u]Vanilla[/u]- Exotic perks are disabled.
[u]Firecracker[/u]- Reduced grenade damage.
Any other ideas?
