So I tried to download the 2.4.0 update but strangely the download didn´t stop after reaching 100%. After i downloaded about 16GB I started the game and there the counter was stuck at 20something%. And after downloading over 20gb of I don´t know what and reaching over 200% of download process acording to the XBox Menu the Download stopped and didn´t show in the menu anymore and Ingame it was still stuck at 20% even after several restarts.
So I tried to reinstall the whole game (nearly 50gb of download) but the same thing hapend again -> 42% according to destiny, over a hundred in the menu.
Has anyone had a similar experience? I kind of don´t want to download all this shit again since this takes over a day with my awesome connection.
Thanks in advance!

Update: Still not working. Arhok´natum is screaming constantly and is hunting my cat down and my neighbour seems to be suspecting something. I give up.

Update: Sooo this goat sacrificing thing didn´t turn out all to well. My console is relly sticky now and smells. I might have also summoned some kind of demon in the process, I think he calls himself Arhok´natum or something like that but I can barely understand him, he might speak russian. And also my neighbour starts looking for his missing goat. Help.

Update: Yeah it´s still not working, the ingame download always gets stuck at 42%. I can´t fraking start this game anymore, so do I have to get a new Account (which woukd suck, 1000+hours of gameplay) or should i try to sacrifice a goat and pour the blood in the disc slot? I think my neighbour has some goats, wait I gotta check that real quick. Help.

I have a thread going here... Has been updated a few times over the last 12+ hours (and it's right next to yours, so you should have seen it) I am over 950 GB of bandwidth used over the last 12+ hours of just trying to update/reinstall Destiny. The last time this happened Bungie had pulled an update due to issues, and the remaining seeds on the Xbox servers kept propogating the server farms. I would recommend cancelling and uninstalling any portion of the game/update you have at this point and wait for Bungie to even acknowledge there are any issues. They've been MIA on issues for a couple of days now, so expect a Tuesday/Wednesday 'fix' at the earliest.
