Kick back: The last round of the mag deals double the damage but slows reload speed.
Explanation: So how this perk would work is just how it says but it comes with a balancing factor with the reload. This is to punish players that want to dump the mag to 3 or 4 shots. The reload is very slow consider it slower than any handgun in the game when this perk is active. Due to the slow reload it keeps players that dump the mag to 3 or 4 shots from winning a gun fight with more than one player. This gun will not 2 shot players do not worry the impact is to low to 2 shot.
Relax: Reloading this weapon after emptying the mag starts to regenerate your health at a rapid rate. Having a full mag gives increased recovery.
Explanation: So this perk is under works it'll act like the red death perk health regen. The health regen will be canceled by any form of damage just like the red death perk. Now the recovery bonus will not be anything major it'll act as a faster way to start health regen when out of combat and your health will regen a bit faster.

Why is it that all exotics need to have badside on it thesedays? I remember y1 exotics were real exotics with good benefits without huge disadvange... thats handcannon sounds cool but delete that slow reload when mag is empty
