It's a controller adapter, that can have scripts in it. It can override the fire rate cap on guns in destiny. It's doing it by pulling ghost up and canceling it befor you can even see the ghost pop up or anything. You can go to youtube and look for a video. So yeah, that's a thing that people use. And yes ot allso will turn moust guns into full auto and compensate for some of the recoil while it's doing it
