I give credit to Jamesyboy1985 for inspiring this idea. Instead of turning in engrams to Rahool, suppose we could donate them to our factions for reputation? This should totally be an option. Blue would grant small amounts, let's say the same amount as a weapon part donation. Legendary would grant double this rep, and exotic should grant insane amounts of faction rep; say, 500 per engram for an exotic donation. If factions are eager for our weapon parts and heavy ammo, imagine how grateful they'd be for weapon and armor engrams. If a Guardian is willing to pass up the chance of finding out what's in that engram, by turning it over to their chosen faction- well, then, their loyalty must truly be worth rewarding! Surely Lakshmi, Jalal, and Hideo would love to get their hands on some prime exotics. Make it happen!
