Is it fair for snipers to be able to do this? (Poll)

2 RepliesHe was aimed and prepared for your arrival. The reticle moves when you get hit but re-centers where it was before getting hit so he didn't have to alter his aim. Would be more annoying if he wasn't aiming already and still got you.
