Army Of Prose is an Alliance of clans, each set up for specific consoles, age ranges and communities! Some are newly formed, others are much more well established, and one has been around since the dawn of Destiny's release! Please read the description of each clan carefully to see if it is the right one for you. All our clans use an app called groupme to communicate (free chat app and web browser chat developed by the makers of Skype) but this is only an essential requirement for the over 18 only clans. A new thing we've started doing is inviting members that love playing Iron Banner, to join the Army of Prose clan, which is only actived during Iron Banner. This is because we take part in destinyclanwars.com to add a bit of competitiveness for our members to unite together, to compete against other clans. Over the years and months it transformed from a small knit clan of a few friends, to a bustling community of like minded gamers. Within the community are sub communities, raid groups, set up so people could get to know other gamers and play with them on a regular weekly basis. Great for those who have busy lives and unable to find other ways to socialise and game at the same time. Our only requirements for this clan are that you are over 18, add the top three listed Admins to your friends list and join the groupme chat. There is no member limit, each clan is limited to 100 clan tagged members, so you may have to join Alliterate Soldiers II, III or higher. We have seperate chat rooms set up for Trials of Osiris, non raid group members and other games which we've branched out to. We also have a member spotlight every week, where a random member of our community is asked a few questions relating to Destiny and the clan, then promoted to the rest of the clan to have a read. And if that isn't enough, we have dedicated admins to keep the clan alive, informed on updates and changes, and some coaching in the ways of PvP or PvE. Members that are 18+ in the Wolves of Parnassus, and any future Army of Prose Allied clans, [u]will be[/u] allowed to mingle in the main Alliterate Soldiers clan chat on groupme. ---------------------------------------- [b]Haiku Samurai [HaSa, Ha2a] - XB1 & XB360 18+[/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/1542581 The Mirror clan to Alliterate Soldiers, set up late last year as a means for XB360 owners to have a community type clan to get involved with. Since it's inception, Haiku Samurai has gone through a few radical changes in it's growth, and has now become a well established, professionally run clan. Not to mention they are mostly switched to the XB1 now in light of Destiny's sudden shift in direction. There are currently just five admins that invest a lot of their free time helping members to get settled in, so they can get joining with the rest of the group. There are seperate groupme chats set up dedicated for those who are interested in looking for trials lovers, Raiders, or just for a bit of help to run through a mission or two. The only two requirements for joining are that you are 18+ and sign up to the groupme chat. Non clan members can try the clan out, but will only have access to the main chat until you claim your tags. ---------------------------------------- [b]Assonant Soldiers [AnSo, An2o] - PS3 18+[/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/1311243/167740073 Assonant Soldiers was set up around the same time as Haiku Samurai late last year. It found sixty lost guardians looking for a home in it's first two weeks of opening it's doors! It became a thriving metropolis and quickly expanded to a second clan to accommodate the large numbers of Destiny players still on the aging PS3. Since the announcement about Rise Of Iron leaving the legacy systems behind, the majority of members have switched to Alliterate Soldiers, some to the newly formed Wolves of Parnassus. But we will continue to support a community for the PS3 until Destiny 2, albeit a lot smaller and less going on in terms of activities to join in with compared to the PS4. But it will be a step into the Army of Prose, so that you can easily transition to one of the allied clans once you've upgraded. ---------------------------------------- [b]Illiterate Soldiers [IlSo] - Playstation Under 18[/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/1185510/151160936/0/0 A comical tip of the hat to Alliterate Soldiers, Illiterate Soldiers was set up as many of the Alliterate Soldier members wanted a space clear of kids. This includes fourteen to sixteen year olds posing as adults, pretending they are mature enough to mix with the adults. Though a lot smaller in size, it is a safe enough environment with plenty of random conversations going on. For those looking for an almost adult free environment, you can join up here. For those wanting a mixed age clan, look to the Wolves of Parnassus to sign up. Groupme for this clan is not required as we understand not everyone will have access to a computer or mobile device to join in on. ---------------------------------------- [b]Sonnet Ninjas [SoNi] - XB1 Under 18[/b] https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/1656927 Set up so that the younger XBox guardians can have a clan within this Alliance to sign up to. This is a newly formed clan looking to expand in numbers, ready for the RoI and all it has to challenge. Groupme is not a requirement to join, but is recommended to be a part of the more active community. Wanting a clan where they could both be in together, they have decided to set up a mixed age clan. Aimed at the older teens or parents and their kids on Destiny, anyone else is welcome to join up and be a Wolf though!
