How do you usually place your Storm Grenades? I love them, but I can't ever seem to make contact with targets on a reliable basis.

Depends on if they are moving or not. Assuming they are not moving, although they will most likely be moving somewhat, throw it at their feet. Otherwise, try to predict their movement and throw it where you think they will go next. That way you can pinch them with your grenade and give them fewer options
