I currently play Destiny on Xbox One and have only played Destiny on Xbox to date. I do not have a PSN account. I'm considering buying a PS4 to play Destiny because that's where my friends are playing. Again, I have never played any version of Destiny on PS4. Would I be eligible to be a Referee on the Refer-a-Friend quest? Or does me playing TTK on Xbox One make me a Veteran, and thus ineligible for the Refer-a-Friend quest?
